Refund Policy

Quick Summary

  • Unused wallet credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase
  • Credits already spent on generations are non-refundable
  • Failed generations due to system errors are credited back automatically

1. Wallet Credit Refunds

If you have added funds to your Replico wallet and wish to receive a refund for unused credits, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible:

  • The refund request must be made within 7 days of the top-up transaction
  • Only the unused portion of the credits is eligible for refund
  • The minimum refundable amount is $1.00 USD

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Credits already consumed by completed generation requests
  • Top-up amounts older than 7 days
  • Wallet top-ups made using promotional or bonus credits

3. Generation Failures

If a generation fails due to a technical error on our side (e.g., AI API timeout, server error), the credits deducted for that generation will be automatically refunded to your wallet within 24 hours. You do not need to contact us for this.

If you believe credits were incorrectly deducted, contact us with your generation ID and we will investigate within 2 business days.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@replico.in with the subject line: Refund Request
  2. Include your registered email address
  3. Include the date and amount of the top-up you want refunded
  4. We will respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times:

  • Credit/Debit cards: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • Refunds are issued in USD
  • We are not responsible for bank-side delays beyond our control

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension. We are happy to resolve any payment disputes directly and quickly.
