Terms of Service

By accessing or using Replico at replico.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Replico is an AI-powered social media post generator. You upload a product image and a reference design, and our AI generates a professional social media post styled after the reference. The service operates on a prepaid wallet / pay-per-generation model.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Replico.
• One account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Replico uses a prepaid wallet system. You add funds and credits are deducted per generation.
• Wallet credits are non-transferable between accounts.
• Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• Pricing per generation is displayed in the app and may be updated with 30 days' notice.
• We reserve the right to adjust credit values or pricing with advance notice.

You agree NOT to use Replico to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights
• Create fake advertisements or misleading product visuals
• Generate content that impersonates other brands or public figures without authorisation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the AI models
• Automate usage beyond normal human interaction without written permission

• You own the outputs. Generated images are owned by you and may be used for commercial purposes.
• You warrant that you have the rights to upload the product images and reference designs you provide.
• Replico retains no ownership over your generated images.
• The Replico platform, brand, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By adding funds, you authorise us to charge your payment method via Stripe. All amounts are in USD. Taxes, if applicable, are the user's responsibility.

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Used credits are non-refundable.

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime, AI errors, or generation failures. If a generation fails due to a system error on our side, the credit will be restored.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replico shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
